If a roast is cooked to rare in the center, the thinner outside edges are medium to well, offering perfectly cooked beef for every taste.
The tri-tip can be cooked whole or cut into 1" thick steaks or strips. When the meat is cut into 1/8" strips, it can be used for stir-fry recipes and fajitas. If it is cut into 1/4" inch thick strips, weave the meat onto skewers and quickly broil or grill.

Chickens must be purchased live, but we offer processing for our customers at no additional charge. Full price per bird will be $18.00 each, or $15.00 each in lots of 10 or more. Once deposit is received, chicks will be ordered and raised for approximately 8 weeks to size.
Fryers must be picked up at the farm on processing day. Customers will be notified approximately a week ahead of when their fryers will be ready. If that week does not suit, other arrangements may be made, but we do not have the means to store or freeze them for you.
The first fryers will be ready about mid-June to the first of July, and continue throughout the summer. If you have a preference as to when you would like to have your order filled and we will do our best to accommodate.
At approx. $3.00-$3.50/pound, this is a great buy for a great healthy food. Many people like to fill the freezer for year around eating pleasure. You will not find tastier chicken anywhere!
