They have only been fed our own organically grown grass and hay, never any grain. Research shows that Grass-Finished Beef is as low fat as a skinless chicken breast, low cholesterol, and high in Omega-3 Fatty Acids. And the flavor is absolutely unbeatable! Order now for October/November availability. You may specify approximate weight desired. Weights run around 250 pounds total, and cost is $2.45/pound hanging wt. plus tax. You will also need to pay a cut and wrap fee to the processor of about $.50/lb. Deposit must be made to Six Rivers Market, but further payments should be made directly to producer. You will be called 2 weeks prior to processing. You then will need to call the processor to give cut and wrap instructions.
