Our yak are grass and grass-alfalfa fed, we never use a feed lot. Our yaks are raised under humane conditions. All Natural with no additives or by products. Yak meat is a dark red meat, lean and healthy. All our cuts are boneless so you get more meat for your money. USDA/or State Certified processed and packaged. In addition to our meats we also sell hair on hides, yak leather, skulls and yak yarn and rovings.
